Exam & Consultation

An exam is required upon initial visit. We do not require X-Rays, unless deemed medically necessary.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Electrical Muscle Stimulation

DOT/CDL/CMV Physicals

Dr. Dan is a licensed medical examiner listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Registry. Call for more information.

Sports physicals are required by the Iowa High School Athletic Association for participation in school athletics. We offer sports physicals for $35.
